Rage Comics - Fromrum Friday

So these days if you guys have noticed one thing that's rather engulfing internet and it's users these days - THE RAGE COMICS! :D What?! You don't know what Rage comic is?! no no no!! You must be kidding! :O Okay, let me say a few phrases then tell me if you guys get an idea: "Me Gusta", "Ffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuu", "Poker Face", "Bitch Please". Ah! Now you recall? Or here you go, pics of the characters, now I'm certain you've come to know what I'm talking about! LOL! :D

So let's talk about these rage comics today. Rage comic is an Internet meme(The term Internet meme is used to describe a concept that spreads via the Internet. The term is a reference to the concept of memes, although the latter concept refers to a much broader category of cultural information) for a comic centering on a titular rage guy, created from a character, or rage face, which expresses rage or some other simple emotion. Over time, contributors have created numerous stock faces which show readily identifiable emotions. They have been characterized by Ars Technica as an "accepted and standardized form of online communication."

Rage comics' popularity has been attributed to their use as vehicles for humorizing shared experiences. The range of expression and standardized, easily identifiable faces has allowed uses such as teaching English as a foreign language.
